Learning Self By Loving Self

 In the depths of my soul's embrace,

I sought a path to find my grace.

Through self-love's gentle, healing art,

I learned to mend my wounded heart.

In shadows cast by doubt and fear,

Gratitude's light did soon appear.

I counted blessings, big and small,

And found contentment in them all.

With each new dawn, a chance to be,

Compassion's gift, pure harmony.

I held my hand to those in need,

And discovered love's selfless deed.

Embracing faults, accepting flaws,

I saw my worth without a pause.

No longer chained by self-made chains,

Anewfound sense of freedom reigns.

In loving self, I learned to see,

The beauty in humanity.

For when we're kind to our own soul,

The world transforms and feels more whole.

With gratitude, my heart expands,

And joy flows forth from gentle hands.

Each act of love, a seed is sown

A garden of compassion grown.

So in this journey, I find me,

Through self-love, gratitude, and empathy.
